Display only deleted journal items, sort by deletion date/time

In Outlook 2003, is there a way to show only Journal items in the
Deleted Items bin? Different kinds of Journal items have different
icons, so sorting by icon is a highly nonideal way to do this.

In addition, is there a way to sort the delete items by date of
deletion?

On a third, more general note, how can one sort Outlook (whatever
folder) by two columns -- first by one column, then for entries having
common values in that column, sort by a 2nd column?
