Microsoft DOESN'T write VIDEO DRIVERS. That is the resonsibility of the
VIDEO CARD MANUFACTURER. Now if you go get the PROPER Widows 2000 driver
from the video card manufacturer's website and install it you will be
able to use more colors. Now if the MANUFACTURER doen't have a VIDEO
DRIVER for Windows 2000, then you will have to go buy a better video card.
