Display of menus from database when they have been restricted

's Computer Specifications

I have been given an access database which has the menu toolbar with some and
in particular the tools menu hidden. Does anyone know how to reopen the
database so I can sort it out as I need to make some changes

Hold down the shift key as you open the DB.
