I have more than a dozen email account setup in outlook 2007 and have
several send/receive groups defined (some checks mail every 5 minutes, some
check mail every hour, etc).

For any given account, how do I quickly see which send/receive group it
belongs?
It would be even better if I can list all the accounts and the groups they
belong to, all in one table.

You can't, but you can of course modify the naming scheme of your groups to
reflect this.
