After losing my whole system TWICE, and now finally
getting it back up I have discovered that I am straining
my eyes trying to look at the messed up display, simply
because now my display color setting only gives me 16bit
nothing more/less. My display card is outdated not to
mention someone built the system as a gift and he is now
on a tribal search for his ansetry in Africa. No means of
contact. Can anyone help me around this deal? Please, I am
willing to do anything to get it back to normal.

You need to acertain the make/model of yr graphics card and then visit the
card manu site for Win2k drivers for yr system.
If you have any setup cd's the drivers may be on them.
