When opening Windows Explorer from Start Programs,
Accessories, my drive mappings are not displayed right
away, I have to click the little plus (+) next to My
Computer to display my drive mappings. How can I set up a
shortcut for windows explorer to open with my drive
mappings displayed when it opens?

I know when you right click on My Computer on the desktop
and click explore it displays my mappings, but when I go
through Start, Programs, Accessories it does not. I have a
VP user who wants it to open to display his mappings when
he clicks the windows explorer icon.

Edit the shortcut's "Target" to read
%systemroot%\explorer.exe /e,C:\
