display data from Oracle database with another code page

Hi!
I have database with ISO-8859-2 code page set
(POLISH_POLAND.EE8ISO8859P2)
I write a WinForms application which uses
those data (System.Data.OracleClient)
How can I force my application to display
national chracters in proper way (i want use
windows-1250 code page)?
