When selecting a business contact to a business account, I need the contacts
to display with last name first (as Jones, Robert).
How do I change the way this is displayed?
Sometimes I don't know the contact's first name, I have to search by last
name.

try this:

In Outlook Contacts, go to toolbar, select TOOLS, the OPTIONS. When options
opens go to Contact Options button - you shoudl see area to select how you
want new entries to be stored. Hope this works for you.

Displayed where? What version of Outlook? With or without BCM?
