I have seen this so I know it can be done but I need help in finding how.
When trying to email from MS Word using the "Send to" feature Outlook opens
and just to the left of the "To", "CC" there appears a scroll down box with
all of the contacts listed. All one has to do is double click the contact
and that contact/email address is inserted into the "To" line. Can any help
me on this? Thanks in advance.

So what do you see? In what version of Outlook?

I believe it is Office 2003. What I see is a small scroll done box just to
the left of the To and Cc lines. The entire contact list is there but only
about 4-5 contacts display due to the small box size, but you just scroll
down to see more of your contacts.

I can't duplicate what you're seeing. If you want to see all your contacts that have email addresses, click the To or Cc button.

Well, I've seen it. I will have to go back to the PC I found it on and see
if I can reverse engineer it and figure it out. Unfortunately the guy that
set this up no longer lives in this country and I have no way of getting in
touch with him. If I find the answer I will post it.
