Display Commands Pane in Property Grid during run time RSS

Hi,
Please let me know how to enable the Commands Pane in Property Grid
during run time.
I mean when I right click on property grid at run time, I should get the
commands item in the context menu and when clicked on that should show
the commands pane.

Also, please let me know how to add my own Item in the commands pane.
Example: i want to see a Modify link in the commands pane, when I right
click on the property grid (with commands option checked)
