Display color on the borders of my programs have changed

Hi, I am running XP Professional and I recently upgraded
to movie maker 2, I also set up an in home wireless
network. Every thing appears to be operating correctly.

But, now all my microsoft office programs be have changed
color. And its only the borders of the programs too.

I have not changed any display settings.

Example- Outlook, Internet Explorer and Excell now have a
pink hue to them--just on the borders of the program.

The monitor settings are OK too. Its a flat pannel View

I am sending this from my lap top and the borders on IE
and this computer are light gray...the way my desk top
used to look...Can anyone help with this? What did I do?
