How do you display the "Clock" in the lower right hand corner of the Windows
XP screen?

Double left click on the time and the clock should appear :-)

There is no "Time" to double left click on.

Right-click on your Taskbar, select Properties, then check "Show the
clock." Once the clock is up there, right-clicking on the clock and
selecting Properties gets you to this same screen.
