dxdiag.exe should be on your system.
you can also try Sisoft's Sandra or Aida32,

If all else fails, read the documentation that came with the system.

Start/Run/dxdia
click the display tab, you should see the name of the display card/chips and ram size

Some mobo would show the display card and ram size during POST when you start the PC
