I've seen this occasionally, and others see it regularly. If you can't get
rid of it--perhaps by unloading a video maker's utility from the system
tray??---and it is sufficiently annoying, you may need to wait for
beta2--this is (yet another) bug which is fixed in beta2, which they are now
saying will be available before the end of March.
