First, your desktop background images, or wallpaper, are stored in
C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper. Once you have your images there, go to your
desktop, right click and choose Personalize. When that dialog box opens
choose Desktop Background. Then, in Location choose Windows Wallpapers from
the drop-down list. You should be able to take it from there.
