hi,

I'm using Windows 2000 + SP3 in terminal server mode with Metaframe XP 1.0.
I cannot upgrade to SP4.
The problem is as follows.
I change the appearance theme ex. Windows Classic Large.
Everything is changed during the session.
Then Loggoff and logon again and the fonts come up in standard format.
When i check the settings in the display properties it still says "Windows
Classic Large".
So there is a problem in loading the fonts.
This problem doesn't exist in W2K+SP4+Metaframe XP 1.0, but as I stated I
cannot install SP4.
Is there a fix available ? Or what can be done about this problem

Thanks
Kris

You might try installing from a 'Safe Mode' boot.

The problem isn't installing SP4. The problem is that the screen isn't
adjusted to the correct font.
I cannot install SP4 because some of the software installed on the server
still requires SP3.

thanks
Kris

Sorry I mis-read. I thought you stated the problem is fixed by installing
SP4. I'd get in touch with the application developer. Service pack four was
released mid 2003
