I just formated my hard drive, and my display can't go
past 640x480, and I have no sound device. Tell me where
to download the drivers I need, or how to fix this.

You'll have to find out what make and model of soundcard (or onboard sound)
and graphics card (on onboard graphics) you have on your motherboard.

The first place to check is the PC manufacturer's website.
