Hi,

When a Word doc that has a header and footer is being created and the Print
Preview button is pressed only the body text of the document is displayed.
The header and footer are not visible. When the doc is printed only the body
text is printed

This problem started recently. No new programs have been added to the
Computer.

Try posting in a Word-specific newsgroup (e.g.,
microsoft.public.word.newusers).

Well it doesn't sound like a new user problem to me. Maybe this is
