How to display all address-fields for contacts in Windows Mail?

I have exported my address-book from Outlook Express as csv.file (tried also
with vcard) and imported that file into contacts of Windows Mail.
Then I have selected the desired fields to be displayed in windows explorer.
That works fine in principle, however there is one problem:

for several contacts, the fields "first name" and "last name" are not
displayed in the explorer view windows, although they are contained in the
address-file.
As I sayed, this is true for several addresses, not for all. But I can't see
a difference in the original data.

What can be done to display the missing fields in the explorer view of
"contacts"?

Axel

I think I've seen that before, and I seem to recall that all I had to do,
was open the contact to edit, and just
highlight the first or last name and hit Enter, like I edited it. Then it
showed up.

Yes, that's what I also detected. But there are 1268 contacts to be treated
like that - each single one.
Is there a way to do it all at once?
Axel?
