Can anyone tell me how I get a website to dispaly corectly on a pocket pc as the pages are biger that the screen allows

Make a DIFFERENT VERSION of your web site designed just
for PDAs. Leave off pictures--text only. Fit content into
a narrow table so you can see how it'll look on a PDA.
