Problem: Exactly at one hour intervals within 60 seconds,
the computer will reboot. After a reboot if CTL-Alt-Del
task manager "CPU Time" starts at 0 you can wait 59:00
minutes and within the next 60 seconds the computer will
reboot. Over and over again this repeats it self exactly
at one hour intervals.

Closest to problem was KB:331112 (below in Article)
The current version number c:\winnt\system32\dirvers\
DISK.SYS Version 5.0.2195.6655 (from service pack4)
The current version number c:\winnt\system32\drivers
Classpnp.sys Version 5.0.2195.6655 (from service pack4)

I reformated the partition 1 and reinstalled windows 2000
Profesional clean install, with Service Pack 4 (no change)

Control Panel/System icon/Advanced tab/Startup & Recovery/
[x]Automatic Reboot

I began getting this identical error on 1/31. Similarly, I have re-installed Service Pack 4 as suggested to no effect

This is on a computer that has run flawlessly for years. There has been no new software or hardware installed for several months

Can anyone help with this problem

Thanks
Stev
