I am configuring a machine with 3 hard drives, Western
Digitals 40 GB and two 250GB, I installed 2000 Pro, disk
management only sees 128GB on my 250Gb disks. Is this a
limitation? did I do something wrong???

It is a Win2k thing - do a search of the MS site or Google to fix.
Essentially you need to enable the system to see the full size - has
to do with the way BIOS/OS handle disc drives over certain capacities.

You need to install at least SP2 and then follow these instructions
