I have allocated 5MB disk space to a particular domain, so
all activity (emails, web pages) related to this domain
should be within 5mb disk quota, but when I have monitored
that domain, I found that it is using 40MB of disk space
and hence Hosting Controller is unable to limit the disk
space to 5MB which is set while configuring this domain.
This is very much critical problem. Please suggest me the
way to resolve this problem. Due to this problem, my
customer is able to send/receive emails, through their
domain hosted on my web server, which are in size greater
than the disk quota allocated to them and hence load on my
Web server is continuously increasing

please help

How did you allocate 5 mb at the domain level?

Usually you look at the particular drive properties on each server partition
and limit the quota size there after turning on Disk Quotas for that
partition.
