This is off topic for this group but I'll give it a shot.
You cannot extend a system or boot partition even if you convert it to a
dynamic disk, which is done in Disk Management.
You will have to repartition and reformat.
2gb is just barely big enough for a Win2k system drive if, you have another
partition to move the pagefile to. Even moving the pagefile to another
partition is going to give you fragmentation problems on your C drive.
