Disk Partition Change

I currently have 3 partitions in a Windows 2000 Server. All are Basic.,
NTFS.
C and E are on Disk 0 of the array, D is on Disk 1.

C is 4GB,
E is 16GB,
D is 32GB.

C (the System partition) is almost full. Short of rebuilding the system
from scratch, is there anyway to get more room on it? I was thinking of
converting Drive 0 to be Dynamic and then seeing if Spanning will work
between C and E, but I'm not sure.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Scott
