When I open My Computer and click on drive D, it says:

"Disk is not formatted. The disk in drive D is not
formatted. Do you want to format it now?

I know there is data on that drive, isn't it a "pretend"
drive on drive C and doesn't it have critical info on it?
If I chose to see the properties, it says the file system
is RAW.

Any suggestions?

Please check the Disk Connection, like the power cord and
data bus connection. If all are ok, may be your hard disk
partition information is lost. you need to re create this
information by doing format.

Try it.
