after managing "my computer" I can't start the Disk
mangement service. "Unable to connect to Logical disk
manager service."

I tried manually starting the service and this didn't
seem to do anything. Is there something I can do. I
added two new drives. They detect fine in CMOS but I
can't see them in windows.
