Disk Management shows correct drive size, but My Computer does not.

We have a Compaq Proliant server that is about a month
old. It has a 278 some GB Raid 5 array that is showing up
as that in Disk Management, but only showing as a 4GB
drive in my computer and other places. When trying to
copy info to the drive or install programs it only sees
4GB of it. Disk management shows it as all one partition
and not seperated however like it was setup.

Please let me know if anyone has seen this before, Compaq
says it's a windows issue as usual and are no help.
