Disk Encryption Recommendations for Vista Home Premium - NO TPM Bios

So far it looks like PGP Whole Disk Encryption is the best bet. Any other
suggestions for disk encryption?

You could try CompuSec FDE its free and works fine on Vista,
alternatively Securstar DriveCrypt Plus Pack is a fine paid for FDE product.
