Disk Degragmenter

My laptop came with Windows XP Home but then I overwrote
with Windows 2000 Professional because work requires me to
use Windows 2000.

Although everything has been working just fine, when
trying to use Disk Degragmenter (there has been no error
and defragmentation is always completed), there are still
A LOT OF RED (fragmented files) after degragmentation is
completed.

Can anyone please tell me how to defrag all those RED? I
will really appreciate it.
