When I open disk defragmenter and click on defragment or
analyse I receive the message
"Disk Defragmenter could not start."
I am running Windows xp pro.
Any thoughts?

Thanks.
I tried it and no change. Still getting the Defragment
can not start message.
I hope you have a plan B.
