The referenced file is part of a System Restore point ( data ). The
normal thing to do is a Chkdsk on the Window volume. If that does
not resolve the issue you may have an infection that is being stored
in that particular point. If that's the case it maybe necessary to purge
the Restore Points and restart the service. Control of SR is found
in the System Applet in Control Panel ( Classic View ), System
Restore (TAB).
To run Chkdsk
Click Start, Run ( Type ) Cmd [Enter]
