when i try to defrag my computerit says i need internet exploer 5.5 or higher,but i have down loaded 7.0 exploer.please help me out......................................................

There is no such thing as Internet Explorer 7.0. Are you running XP
or Win98?

Since there is no released version of Internet Explorer 7.0, I believe
you have corrupted your Windows XP operating system. You need
to prepare for a clean install:

Clean Install Windows XP
