I was using the disk cleanup utility and I noticed in the options that you
can select is a new entr"@C:\WINDOWS\System32"occache.dll.-1071" I have never
seen this before and wondering why it appears and how do I get rid of it?

try the cleanup in safe mode or
if normal mode try start > run > cleanmgr

This occurs after installing IE7 Beta 3. Here you go for the solution.
