<http://www.miray.de/download/sat.hdclone.html>
"Free Edition: Copies smaller disks onto larger to enable you to move
or backup a complete installation."
(but does not allow for 1:1 copying, where source and target disk is
same size, or where source is larger than target).

http://www.partition-saving.com
"Partition Saving is a DOS program that is used to save, restore and
copy hard-drive, partitions, floppy disk and DOS devices."

For the latter: Suggestion - Install new disk as master disk (jumper
setting or cable select position) old disk as slave (jumper or cs),
boot from a DOS floppy with the required copying software on it - copy
old to new, then boot from hard disk again.

All the best

Copies smaller disks onto larger to enable you to move or backup a
complete installation.

HDCopy can make an identical copy of a hard drive onto another hard
drive. If you buy a new hard drive and don't wish to change your Windows
configuration in any way, you can use HDCopy to copy your old hard drive
completely to the new one (hidden files as well).

Platforms: Windows 95, 98 and ME

If you buy a "retail kit" as opposed to OEM there will be an included
utility to do that and more. If you buy an OEM drive you can d/l the
utility from the manufacturer's site.
