Is it possible to disable/enable disk read caching programmatically?
I need to be able to ensure that a given disk read will read the data
from the physical disk. I know opening a file with
FILE_FLAG_NO_BUFFERING will disable OS buffering/caching for the file,
but I need to ensure that a given read also bypasses hardware caching.
Is that possible?
