If it's a retail version and you have proof of purchase see the KB article:
How to Replace Lost, Broken, or Missing Microsoft Software or Hardware
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=326246

If it's an OEM copy you'll need to contact the OEM vender from which you
purchased it.

If you know someone who has the same type of installation CD, use theirs or
make a copy of it. CDs are not unique. They will work with any product key
of the same type. The CD and product key have to match in the following
ways:

Home vs. Pro
Retail full vs. Upgrade vs. OEM vs. Branded OEM vs. Volume License
Language version

First get a new keyboard. The Shift and period keys don't work on the
current one that you are using. Also, review your posts before
submitting them. Read:

How does a disk *ID* break? Maybe you meant the install CD is broke.
In that case, you've already been given the link to get replacement
media. Of course, maybe you don't really need to perform a reinstall at
all or even a repair. You never announced what are the "probs with pc"
so no one knows if you are taking an extreme approach to fix a simple
"prob".

If you really meant to ask on how to get another install CD, someone
already gave you that link. I believe there will be a S&H charge to
send you a replacement CD (never needed one because I always make a
duplicate of the install CD as they are not copy protected, and I write
the product key on both CDs so it doesn't get lost over time).
