Is there a disk activity utility available that can sit in the System
Tray or in the Quick Launch area? And one that shows what is causing
the activity? I have an external drive which I use only for backup.
Today, it is showing significant activity and I don't know why. The
activity also seems to be slowing down my PC. Thanks.........

Thank you. Is there a way to monitor all three of my disks with
separate tray indicators? The indicators would have to identify
thenselves with which disk they represented.

Monitoring drives unnecessarily surely merely exacerbates the problem
you are concerned about?

Hope this helps.
