I'm not used to the newer version of FP. I want to be able to build a
discussion page, complete where user can have their own login name and
password. Help ME Please?

If hosted on Unix/Linux with the FP extensions, and the ability to create subweb / subsite with
unique permissions, look a the FP discussion web component and the registration component
(registration component is not supported on Windows IIS servers).
