bI have created a Discussion We Site using FP 2003 wizard. It is in my
current web site (http://www.gymfinity.com). It created 4 files
cheer_cfrm.htm, cheer_post.htm, cheer_srch.htm and cheer_toc.htm. There is a
folder called _cheer which has a file called tocpronto.htm and a folder
called _derived which has a file called nortbots.htm. I have uploaded these
via FP. When I open cheer_post.htm and click on post article the
http://www.gymfinity.com/_derived/nortbots.htm page comes up but says

FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web
server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work correctly if you publish
this web to a web server that has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed.

Click the <Back> arrow to return to the previous page.

Nothing is posted and I'm not sure what to do next. Any help would be great!
Thanks,

FP DW will not work when FTP'd
- they must be published using http to a server running the FP SE
(if yours had the FP SE they are corrupted by your FTP)

I deleted the files that I uploaded before and re-created the discussion
group. I then published it using Front Page and not FTP. After I post I get
a message that says this page not found.

Your server controlled FP SE files that you can not fix
- you must contact your host to reinstall or repair the FP SE which your FTP has corrupted
