Discussion web reply submission blocked by Nortonfirewall

I've noted a significant delay/blockage when posting a "reply" to an existing
post on my discussion web. This is resolved if I disable my Norton Internet
Security 2004)product.

There is no similar delay/blockage when I post a "new message", it only
seems active when I'm posting a threaded reply.

I've only noticed this behavior with the FP reply component and no other web
based form.

The web is hosted on a unix server, FP2003; see www.boltonhill.org/bboard05

Whats going on here and how do I correct it? Thanks.

Not sure, but I just received this error message when I opened a post and clicked Reply:

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
http://www.boltonhill.org/bboard05/disc2_post.htm
