I have discussion web created within my existing web. When I enter a Topic,
it goes into the folder OK, but doesn't show up in the contents of the
discn_frm.htm screen/page. History:
This is a new web site. In trying different things, I created/deleted the
discussion web a number of times. To do this I deleted the discussion pages,
and the _border and _discx folder on both the local web and remote site.
Then I just recreated a new discussion web with no problem.
The last time I change something in the tocproto.htm file which I presume is
some kind of index for this. Now I can no longer recreate a discussion web
that works, even after deleting everything. It appears to create it OK.
When I add the first topic, it puts it in the _discn folder OK, and in the
tocproto.htm file. But I can't see it in the table of contents on the
discussion page on the remote web. The contents area is just blank.
I had them reload the Frontpage extensions, but that didn't help.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
John
