In FrontPage 2003, you can put a News Group or Discussion Group in your web
site but your ISP must have Sharepoint Services to do so. Is anyone aware of
a FrontPage add-in that is a discussion group? My ISP doesn't have
Sharepoint Services.

You can use the regular FP Discussion Web which uses the FP extensions (must be on hosted site)
