Try opening the online subweb in FP to repair it
- believe w/ mindspring you may have to open the root, and from there open the subweb
File Open Web/Site and enter the URL as
http://www.yousite.com/ and log in
Then run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks and View Reports Problems Broken links or Component errors to track down the error
PS
DW have been known to become corrupt is they get too large
- time to archive the old one and create a new one as a new subweb

| My discussion group has suddenly stopped showing its index. I checked
| with my server (Mindspring) and they could find no problem.
|
| The discussion group is set up in frames and has worked for years.
| Now, instead of an index in the upper frame, I see
|
| CONTENTS
| CONTENTS
| [_bedstuy/_bedstuy/tocproto.htm]
|
| Tech support at Mindspring points out that there is no path
| [_bedstuy/_bedstuy/tocproto.htm] . This is true. The subweb for this
| discussion group is called bedstuy (without the underscore) and the
| folder that contains the file tocproto.htm is called _bedstuy.
|
| I have done nothing to this page in years, so there's nothing I can
| point to that might have precipitated this problem. Does the fact
| that the word CONTENTS appears twice point to anything?
|
| BTW, when I look at this page in FrontPage 2002, the index appears in
| both the Normal and the Preview views.
|
| Mindspring says this is a Microsoft problem.
|
| Any help would be greatly appreciated.
|
| Thanks,
| Isidore
