Thanks, this is what I tried already. At least I tried repairing XP
but without success. I really don't want to have to format the disk
and do a clean reinstall. Anyone know how to repair the Network
Connections? Everytime I reinstall they seem to increase the numbers.
Now there are called "Local Area Connection 5" and "Local Area
Connection 6". I tried netsh but without success.
