I have a user that came to me with a peculiar issue.
In outlook, when inside a message, she clicks insert - Picture and the usual
options of clip art, from file, From Scanner or camera, New Drawing,
Autshapes, WordArt, Organization Chart, and Chart are not there.
There is no option menu for the picture item any more.
I have looked through all the customize menu options, and I can not find it
anywhere.
What are my options. I have tried a detect and repair, and that had no effect.
Am I going to have to reinstall the application for her?
Any help would be appreciated.
