Hope you can help us...Our internet opens and then 2 - 3 seconds later
disappears from our screen. I called Rogers technical support and found
that we are indeed connected but still our internet will not remain on
screen. The technician feels it may be our browser. How do we re-install
it?

Which version of Internet Explorer? If IE6 on Windows XP, is it XP SP2? Do
other programs which access the internet (Outlook Express, etc.) work? Have
you recently installed new software- in particular, something like an
internet security suite?
