I pressed Alt-Ctrl-S while viewing the Inbox and all I got was a window that
gave me the HP Support Informatin (model #, product #, serial #, etc.). I'm
using Outlook 2007 on Vista Business 32 bit. I don't know if that may have
anything to do with that.
