Sometimes while I am browsing the internet....all of a
sudden the window disappears for no reason...just poof
and its gone and I have to start all over with whatever I
was doing....how can I prevent that from happening?

Gina are you running antivirus,spyware and adware programs? If not try and see if these will help.
