Disappaearance folder options from Tools Menu

's Computer Specifications

I am facing a problem in Windows Xp, in my PC, Mycomputer (It may be
other folders) Tools Menu does not contains the Folder options as well
as in Control panel it is not showing, how can I get back this.

Kindly help me>
